Pelc Tire & Service

Came here to have the front end on my truck checked out. They identified several problems. They did not try to pressure me into having the work done immediately. They are very courteous and professional. If you need any work done, I highly recommend these guys.

They took great care of my son’s vehicle that needed new brakes and rotors. They were kind enough to complete the job an hour before closing. Their prices were very fair. We will be going back next week for new tires.

I love this shop! They've done such a great job with my 2007 Honda Pilot. I have been to several different shops and had continuous issues with oil leaks and other issues and no matter how many times I was taking my car in it was still coming back with the same problems. I found Pelc on Google because I just really needed to find a new shop and They are close to where I live and had good reviews. I'm so glad that I found them because I've had an amazing experience there. The workers are super friendly and helpful. They're very thorough. They are excellent at communicating. They have a quick turnaround time and the prices are very fair and I love this shop! I have had very few issues with my car since I started going to Pelc and things have been taken care of quickly versus other shops where I was going back repeatedly for the same issues. I highly recommend this shop!

I took my car there, I forgot about the car and didn’t pick it up. This was on a Saturday, they’re closed on Sunday. I called this morning, everything was explained to me thoroughly. They have this thing where they send you a text message that gives you details about your inspection (pictures were included)! I’m planning on letting them complete all the other necessary work that the car needed. They were very professional and my total price for the service was good!

Pelc on Hillcrest is amazing! After getting my car inspected elsewhere, it seemed that my car couldn’t be fixed. I even had an appointment at a dealership for a new car. But after seeing the great reviews online, I impulsively brought my car here to get a second opinion first. Pelc fixed my car in about 24 hours and saved me thousands of dollars! The employees were great to work with, kept me in the loop, and took the time to explain options. I will definitely be recommending this place!
